This is a review not for a dealership itself but for a specific employee from parts dept. I didn't catch his name ( the first few seconds of the call got cut out ) , but I attempted to call Aug 30th around 4 10 pm to get prices for some parts , had to ask several times if I have reached the parts department (since I have been given incorrect phone number previously) until I got a clear "yes".
