I contacted New Holland Rochestor on a Saturday regarding maintenace supplies for my GrassHopper. I didn't expect a response until Monday. It was shocked when Jesse within just a few minutes. Everytime I asked a question, he responsed promply everytime. He provided all the information I needed and help me with all the parts and supplies I needed to perform the mainenance on my machine. Highly recommend New Holland in Rochester! Kind and friendly owner and staff willing to go above and beyond, even for a complete stranger. As a farmer from KS and a part time truck driver, they saved my day when my load came loose. Thank you Jesse and everyone else that came to my rescue!
The absolute best online service I've ever received. I need a spring for my old tractor that was almost impossible to identify and even harder to find in the diagrams.
