I purchased a new New Holland Boomer 45 tractor from NH Rochester. I lost the top bar hook off my quick hitch and called NH Rochester Parts for a replacement. The parts salesman said "we have several hooks in a kiosk on the sales floor". So I asked him how much are they? He responds, "I don't know" So I Jump in my truck and drive 45 minutes from my farm to the Rochester store. No top hooks on display in the kiosk. I walk the ten yards to the parts counter. I just wanted to pass along my thanks for your assistance. I recently had to order a critical part for my New Holland tractor and your location had it in stock. it was shipped out the same day and I also received a call from one of your advisors last sunday to be sure i was taken care of. The part arrived yesterday evening and I installed the controller and tractor fired right up. Thank you again from distant Idaho and when I need future parts I know where to go!
