I’ve been dealing with New Holland Rochester for about 5 years now, they always have what I need in stock, it ships within hours of my order and I receive it within a couple of days!! As time is money, it makes no sense to go my local New Holland dealer with service like that! In the event there is a problem with my order, their customer service is the best I deal with on a daily basis. If there’s a problem it will be resolved and made right!

I contacted New Holland Rochestor on a Saturday regarding maintenace supplies for my GrassHopper. I didn't expect a response until Monday. It was shocked when Jesse within just a few minutes. Everytime I asked a question, he responsed promply everytime. He provided all the information I needed and help me with all the parts and supplies I needed to perform the mainenance on my machine.
