From the moment I called in with questions about whether the problem I was having was covered under warranty or not Nathan was so pleasant to speak with. He answered all my questions and helped me get my vehicle in. Communication after my vehicle was looked at was great as well.

My vehicle was originally in for a recall for an AC Blower Motor. The recall was because there is a chance that the blower motor could cause a fire. The AC wasn't working properly after the Blower Motor was replaced, so we took it back to you New Holland Ford. At this point we were told there was a wiring harness and another part connected to the Blower Motor that had a melted part on it and needed to be replaced as well.
