I’ve had a wonderful experience living at New Heritage Apartments. Maintenance requests are consistently addressed promptly, often the same day or by the next. The staff have been fantastic, always responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues or answer questions. I truly appreciate the well-maintained landscaping, and I feel genuinely grateful to call this place home.
Best place I ever lived in, so many great memories
We’ve been living at New Heritage Apartments for nearly 10 years now, and in that time, we’ve seen a lot of owners, managers, and changes come and go. But I have to say, our current manager, Melissa, has truly been a breath of fresh air. She goes above and beyond not just to keep things running smoothly, but to bring real heart into our community. I've lived here for 2 years. Missy (manager) and Jess (maintance guy) does an amazing job. Missy is on top of things, when an issue arising she's always so efficent and right on it. Always friendly to everyone. Easy to work with. If there is a maintance issue, Jess is on top of things. I haven't had an issue since I've lived here. These apartments are quiet, very little noise. Tenants are very friendly and willing to help if needed. Very safe place to live.
