I called Joe on a fluke. Wasn’t intending on “shopping around”/ because the first guy seemed nice enough but very commercial, his family business, (large company) was obviously him being the charming sales guy. Nothing wrong with that but I was very happy that my instincts decided to get a second quote. My experience with Joe felt like dealing with a trusted relative who did exactly what he promised. Excellent service. When Joe came for the estimate, he was very professional and knowledgeable about Sissoo trees. He explained the complete procedure and shared photos of his company’s work. I can't recommend Joe and New Heights Tree Service highly enough. Joe is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and comes equipped with all the right tools to get the job done safely and effectively. What really sets him apart is how much he genuinely cares about helping homeowners deal with invasive Sissoo trees. He took the time to explain the process, answer our questions, and make sure the problem was addressed properly, not just temporarily. We especially appreciate the aftercare and follow-up he provides to help ensur... read more
