Joe and his team were awesome. As I was referring them to a friend, I realized I never wrote a review when we had a large sissoo tree removed from our front yard. Joe injected the roots, removed the tree, ground the stump and helped teach me what to do going forward to kill the roots (that continue to live once the tree is removed). It all worked out great and after the 6-9mo process of killing the roots, we have had no issues now more than 3 years later!
Today Joe and his assistant removed a Sissoo tree from our front yard. These are horrible trees with an extensive and destructive root system. Joe is an expert on this tree and knows what it takes to not only remove them but also kill the root system. He was very informative, thorough, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend!!

Planting Sisso trees was a terrible mistake, one I wish I had never made. But since I did, I'm very lucky we found Joe and New Heights Tree service. Sisso tree removal is NOT just about chopping the tree down. The roots are the problem and will continue to grow and destroy your property unless they are dealt with.
