I had Joe and his crew out to remove a dead jackaranda and had two other large trees trimmed. Joe was highly competitive in pricing, provided great communication and was on time the day of the appointment. Joe and the team at New Heights Tree Service provided exceptional service. Their communication scheduling was impeccable, their arrival was prompt, and their tree removal was executed with precision. They successfully removed a substantial tree, two palm trees, and trimmed a lemon tree. Additionally, they performed stump removal, addressing other stump remnants left by my previous landscaper.
