Can't say enough positive things about the speech services my son received here. Miss Natalie was exceptional in her work with him. She was friendly, positive and worked things into his therapy that he enjoyed so that the sessions were engaging and fun. Together they cleaned up speech errors we'd been working on for some time. We also worked with Miss Jana and interacted with Shawnalee, both of whom were great to work with. New Heights Therapy is a valuable asset to the families they serve!
My child has been seeing Ms. Lindsey for occupational therapy and she also graduated from seeing Ms. Jana for speech therapy. We have made amazing strides and my child has created such a great bond with the staff. We are very thankful to have them in our lives.
We have been going to NHT for over a year now. From the first call to the office talking to Shawnalee to our weekly appointments with Ms Amira we have so loved and appreciated everyone. My daughter loves going to her OT appointments. When you walk in the entire lobby and waiting area is kid friendly and has a monthly theme with toys and activities to match. My son (now 13) has been receiving OT from New Heights for about a year now. He has low muscle tone and handwriting and many fine motor skills are very difficult for him. He seen both Kyla and Lindsey and both of them are great! They have helped him grow so much! Tying his shoes was one of his goals and Kyla gave us a simple solution (duo colored shoe laces) and with a little practice, he's got it! Lindsey is able to visit him at his school, which is a wonderful service that NHT offers!!
Ms. Natalie has been great with our kiddo. We’ve gotten solid advice, documentation and support from New Heights (Sound Speech) from day one, and we really love the extra events they do that help families have some holiday fun in a supportive and low stress environment.
