The sales guy who came to give me a bid was professional and well prepared and had the best sales pitch of the 3 bids I recieved. we were able to come to an agreement on the cost and went with New Heights. when it was time to do the roofing, the process went well. The only thing that was difficult was only 1 of the workers spoke English, but they were nice guys and worked hard. It was just difficult to communicate if the one guy wasn't around. Our roof looks great and I am pleased with the results. Thank you
