Rusten did a wonderful job helping me choose a package, explaining the contract and warranty. The shingle color matched the Alex, the project forman, was always available to answers my questions. Juan and the roofing crew worked efficiently, contientiously, and did a nice cleanup when finished.
Regarding New Heights Roofing and specifically Rustin Burr who works with them. My dad had spent what little he already had to cover $900 to have an appraisal done to find out about how well we qualify to refinance with a government-related loan. There was a few renovations regarding that which would need to be completed to pass and we had a three month window to get those done.
