The guys at New Heights were quick to come out and quick to get me in their schedule. The guys that did the work were courteous and efficient and cleaned up everything. They found additional problems while patching my roof and came back to fix them with the right tools and did not charge me. I will be hiring them for a full roof replacement once that time comes. Honest people and the employees all seem to like working there which is always a good sign. Thumbs up!
Shingles are coming loose after 2 years . Wanted to write review 2 years ago due to terrible bogus invoice after services were complete. Too upset after experience to deal with this at the time. Alex Sent random guy to inform us we owned them $1,400. Would not email invoice to me. Just wanted me to pay what he had on his phone screen. We're really happy with the job New Heights Roofing did on our roof. They were professional from start to finish and took the time to answer all our questions. The crew was very polite, worked hard, and it was clear they cared about doing the job right. Out of everyone we've had do work on our home, this has been the best experience by far. If you're nervous about getting your roof replaced, don't be. They did a beautiful job, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
Had some concerns whether my last roofing company did a proper install. I went over the concerns with Rustin Burr. He checked everything out, explained why I had a problem with my patio cover and said the home roofing installed looked great. I was so relieved! Great guy, took time needed, and at no charge. If I need a new roof in later years, I will definitely call this company for a bid. Great job on customer service Rustin, so appreciated.
