Jesse, Wyatt, Katy and the whole team did such a great job with my new roof! Very easy process from start to finish and my new roof looks beautiful. New Heights definitely went above and beyond!
Very professional… discussed the job and gave opinion. But more importantly discussed and listened to my thoughts and answered questions. I had an addition put on my house. New Heights Roofing was quick to get back to us, always ready to answer any questions we had, reasonable with their pricing, extremely professional and most importantly they came early this morning to start replacing the roof and were finished with the job on the same day. Obviously it's no fun to need a new roof but New Heights made what easily could have been a disaster into something manageable.
I recently worked with New Heights roofing and got a beautiful new roof with them. New heights was the fourth roof roofing company I called. The other companies were not confident that I would get my insurance to help me pay for this roof. There was damage, but there were also some nuances with my roof age and how it connected to the state codes in Kentucky.
