I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Mccray - That is if you can actually get an appointment to see her! She was amazing with helping me navigate motherhood as a new mom in 2023! This past year customer service has plummeted. While I understand she is the only Dr. at this location they NEVER have sick appointments & often a week wait. Front desk genuinely does NOT care. Attempted to make new patient appointments for my two kids under two. I informed them that they could get my child's immunization records from the state as I could provide a few doctor's notes as I had them, they would not accept them via email. Nor would they make an appointment as they claim that they could not obtain medical records, even though I offered to email what I had and that I would reach out to their former pediatrician. No appointment was made as they did not even want to do that

I don't even want to give 1 star! My grandbaby who is a premie and now almost 10 months has asthmatic issues and pneumonia over the last 4 months. She hasn't done anything but keep pushing steroids and breathing treatments Which are obviously NOT working. She hasn't done anything to help. I'm trying as a grandparent to step in but this is ridiculous She needs to do something or have her license checked or something!

My husband and I have absolutely loved going to Dr McCray! She is so kind, patient, and great with our son! As new parents she has definitely answered all of our questions. We wish we would have found her sooner! Thank you Dr McCray and staff!
