Doesnt give proper information out for appointments. Significant delays in lab result responses. Problems with communication to parents resulting in miscommunication

We love seeing Dr McCray! I have 4 kids who see her and we have never had a doctor who invests in her patients and listens like she does.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Mccray - That is if you can actually get an appointment to see her! She was amazing with helping me navigate motherhood as a new mom in 2023! This past year customer service has plummeted. While I understand she is the only Dr. at this location they NEVER have sick appointments & often a week wait. Front desk genuinely does NOT care. Urgent care has essentially been my daughter’s primary care this past year as there is NEVER any availability for sick visits. If your child is sic... read more

Attempted to make new patient appointments for my two kids under two. I informed them that they could get my child's immunization records from the state as I could provide a few doctor's notes as I had them, they would not accept them via email. Nor would they make an appointment as they claim that they could not obtain medical records, even though I offered to email what I had and that I would reach out to their former pediatrician. No appointment was made as they did not even want to do that
