The receptionist at the front desk exhibited unprofessional conduct. She addressed my mother in Spanish, saying “Mira bajale dos” while gesturing towards her in a highly threatening and disrespectful manner. My mother was deeply distressed upon receiving a call from the doctor at the hospital informing her that my grandmother had been hospitalized. I like to read the reviews before go to visit and have a service in a place. I am reading good and negative experiences with the patients which is normal and understandable. Although I never been in this office, I hope to have a good experience and treat with professionalism and descence because many oral surgery place have very negative comments from their patients.
