I'm afraid I need to give this place a bad review. Their RMT's are not processing claims properly which resulting in customers paying full prices. There is very poor communication and no one answers their phones to get clarification/corrections. This ruined the massage experience all together. I do not recommend.
Samuel was amazing! Made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. Would 100% going back to him and recommend to my friends. 12/10 experience for sure :)
I saw Elaine today, after my husband told me how good she was and how much she'd helped him. She was amazing and worked on exactly what we discussed pre-massage. I'll be sending my son to her from next. Thnx, Elaine!
