Learning new things....
I’d have liked to share my experience here, because it was super exciting to start moving towards getting the help that I needed; however, I can’t due to the facts. They had me coming in with last minute mishaps. I was called after an assessment, only to tell me my insurance “doesn’t cover their program, but they’re creating one that does.” They completely wasted my time and overlooked my trust in them to help me. Super discouraging.
New Heights Community Support is amazing and the staff is great! They’re extremely friendly & really care about your needs!! I highly recommend their services & programs to anyone looking to enrich their lives!!!
