Installed a system a year & a half ago. Said they were just in the business a long time but were just starting a new company. Having an issue with it now and I reached out to Marvin directly and he says they’ve gone out of business.

I had this company install an HVAC system in my house 18 months ago. I had problems right away and they would not respond to any calls or texts. This winter the units would super heat the house. I would turn it down into the 50s and the house would be 75. This week I tried to switch over to AC. The units kicked out even more heat. Like I said. We recently purchased a 25 year old condo and wouldn't you know it, the first cold weekend of the year we fired up the furnace and it worked for around 6 hours before failing. The unit had a cracked heat exchanger. The furnace & AC needed to be replaced as they were very much on their last legs, and we asked 5 companies to provide us a bid. Eric was great at dealing with my requests when negotiating the purchase and installation. The workers that worked on my house were very professional. They had an issue with setting up the smart thermostat for the system, but they continued to work on it until it was resolved. Everyone from this company was very friendly.

I had HVAC and minisplits installed in Oct and have not used very much as the house has been vacant. I am selling house and had it inspected and the units are not functioning properly. I have left several messages, emails, and have never received a call back or email. I spent 12k to have these installed. I am very disappointed in this company.
