Brilliant service from New Heat. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our Air Source Heat Pump and UFH system has worked flawlessly since installation and it’s first year service has found no problems. System programmed to lower temperature to save energy. Excellent customer service. Recommended.
Had Matt out to do an annual service of our ASHP. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the different aspects of the system. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an annual service / someone to come around and give the system a once over!
Cannot rate this company enough. Incredibly knowledgable and responsive with a brilliantly efficient office system too. I’ve used these guys for my annual services (well priced compared to others) and for a few issues I’ve had with my ASHP over the years and this company is the best yet - so reassuring. Thanks all.
