I came for a check-up and didn't want the full around-the-head xray (only the bite ones), and respectfully let them know. They didn't seem to like that and I sensed an immediate pushy attitude that almost felt disrespectful. They said that if I wouldn't do the around-the-head xray, they wouldn't do any xrays, and wouldn't even look at my teeth! So I had to leave without any sort of check-up. I have probably the best dental care in my life from Dr. Giddings and staff. They are very good at what they do and they work hard to be consistent. I have had excellent care and results for 6 years now.
Wonderful care and good quality people.
Had a major toothache all the sudden, appointment was a couple weeks out but they had a cancellation and got me in early, the staff are super nice and professional and it's quite apparent they really care about folks, had an extraction and it took less than a half hour and prices were very reasonable, i can't say enough good things so I'll just say God bless and thank you!!
