⭐ 1 Star I was extremely disturbed by the behavior of a transport driver from NEW Health. While transporting passengers, he was yelling at people through the window, became involved in a heated confrontation with another driver, and then appeared to intentionally brake-check vehicles while people were still inside the van. This was reckless, unprofessional, and completely unsafe for both the passengers and everyone else on the road. Horrible experience with Anaka Hand who cares more about getting things her way than about what’s best for patients’ mental wellbeing. Her supervisor should carefully review evaluate the cases she’s been handling. Hope future patients don’t get mistreated by this personnel.

Horrible experience. Dr. Anne Rebecca Murray-Chiriboga runs this practice like a business, not a healthcare facility. She appears stretched across multiple locations, leaving non-medical staff to manage patient care while she simply signs off. Follow-ups are poor, and continuity of care is essentially nonexistent. I do not recommend New Health. My doctor is stretched across multiple locations, leaving non-medical staff to handle patient care while she just signs off. Follow-ups are poor, and continuity of care is basically nonexistent. When I raised concerns, I received a dismissive and unprofessional response. The clinic also issues unnecessary provider letters and charges for tests I can already access in my medical record.
