If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This office is absolutely impossible to get in touch with. I’ve left several messages over the course of the last few weeks. I got married 06/29th in New Haven and do not live close so I have called MANY times and left messages to verify if my marriage license was able to be picked up if all the paperwork was in and they do not return calls. I applied for a Birth Certificate for a loved one on line. It has been not been received nor have I received an email. Please do better with your online system.
So upon reading some of your reviews and filling out the form which I just realized says to be mailed to “ elpaso Texas “ I knew it was a scam in no way should we have to request a CT birth certificate from Texas, God is good.. go to the actual New Haven vitals the entire address is an actual New Haven CT address. That’s official.
