HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I absolutely LOVE this place for my pets! They are always so kind and caring. They call to check up on my dogs after vaccinations and when they receive treatment. Once our Frenchie got ran over once and was in a critical condition, Dr came in after hours and helped stabilize my dog so that I could get him to Mizzou for treatment in their doggy ICU. I have been taking my dog Charlie here for 3 years now and have always had fantastic, honest, service. My dog is very comfortable here and loves the staff. We had a very bad experience at our last vet where they did not listen to my concerns and we have been so impressed at New Haven, we make the hour and 20 minute commute gladly (we live in St. Peters). All of my inlaws with pets use them also. They have customers for life with our family!
