Worst, unprofessional establishment the ppl can ever need. They never answer the phone no matter what extension you try, walking in your going to be told to make an appointment. Which isn’t possible if no one answers the phones. They lose important paperwork with people’s important credentials as well as their children. They don’t even reply to emails either. I applied in 2021 for section 8, it seemed I was 1300 or so on the list, checked a couple years later I was at 5000 or so, now a couple years again it is at almost 8000. How can that possibly happen? Something is very wrong with that. I have a place to live but I'm sure most applicants do also.
I've been to the building just to be told to call and make an appointment no one answers plus your workers talk abusively they don't communicate with you or each other
