Both of my parents have lived at New Haven in Wylie. Three years ago my father lived in the Memory Care side. Recently my mother lived in the Assisted Living side. The care they both received was wonderful. The director, the chefs, the caregivers , and the program coordinator were all involved in the wellbeing of both my parents. I felt confident in the care they received and knew they were being loved on when I couldn’t be with them.

Not only is this building well kept, beautiful, and new, the bells and whistles don't tell half the story. The care here is excellent, the patients here are happy and Yashica is top notch as an administrator. My company which works with company couldn't be more happy with the service and our clients that live here says the same. I make it a point to make a visit weekly and leave motivated. WHAT A PLACE! Thanks Yashica and staff for a friendly attitude helpful and inviting environment

Please don’t be drawn in by the reviews. Most of them are done by staff. This is an unprofessional and horrible place to work. The administrator is sneaky and unprofessional, and will definitely talk about you behind your back when given a chance to do so. The meals are mostly late, Not enough staff and meds are never passed on time. Please be aware of your family members living there. Nice facility and very nice and caring staff. Ms. Washington is awesome. She is the sweetest person and she makes sure all residents needs are met.
