My Dad has been at New Haven for two years. All of the staff has been wonderful. My dad is a very difficult man to work with and they have shown nothing but patience and care beyond my expectations. They always notify me immediately if he has some health issue. The only negative I can see is that they no longer have a full time RN on staff. They did when he first arrived during Covid times. I think it would be beneficial to have one on staff.

My mother moved in last November to New Haven Floresville and loves it. The staff is so helpful, caring and makes her feel so welcome. She enjoys the activities they have every week. I feel so comfortable having her there. She is so happy there and safe. It was the best choice to move her there.

New Haven FLORESVILLE is a tremendous blessing to our family. The facility is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and there are spaces for our family to gather when we visit. The staff are attentive and kind. The few times we have had a concern it is promptly addressed by the administrator Lori. Lori as well as the other staff members communicate clearly with us as the family and work hard to keep our loved one updated. I absolutely LOVE this facility. Talk about clean.... New Haven was spic and span. Loved alllll the workers and felt management was top notched. Anything needed to be done or handled, it got handled! Beautiful atmosphere. Friendly atmosphere. Workers engage with residents very well and hey the food was awesome too! Just an all around wonderful facility!
