What a fantastic first experience here! A lot of friendly staff, smells good, and decorated for the holidays. Veronica, The Life Enrichment Director, was extremely helpful and a lot of fun. I look forward to my next visit!

New Haven in Floresville is such a caring and welcoming community for seniors. The setting feels more like a home than a facility, with cozy spaces, a central kitchen, and plenty of room for connection and comfort. My Dad has been at New Haven for two years. All of the staff has been wonderful. My dad is a very difficult man to work with and they have shown nothing but patience and care beyond my expectations. They always notify me immediately if he has some health issue. The only negative I can see is that they no longer have a full time RN on staff. They did when he first arrived during Covid times. I think it would be beneficial to have one on staff.

My mother moved in last November to New Haven Floresville and loves it. The staff is so helpful, caring and makes her feel so welcome. She enjoys the activities they have every week. I feel so comfortable having her there. She is so happy there and safe. It was the best choice to move her there.
