Our experience as a family has been outstanding with Roxanne and her staff. They are exactly what our mother needed during a time of uncertainty and mental health concerns. It's been over 2 years and mom is doing much better. Thanks to New Haven and their caring culture.

New Haven Assisted Living has such a warm and homey vibe — you can truly feel the care and comfort the moment you walk in. The residents all seemed happy and well taken care of, and the environment felt inviting and peaceful. The administrator, Roxanne, was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and their families. Highly recommend!
I can not give New Haven enough credit for everything they do. My mom has been at this facility for over a year and each and EVERY staff member has become family, I couldn’t ask for my mom to be in better hands! When i did my tour alittle over a year ago I knew from the moment we walked in this was her home, the staff that day greeted us and Roxanne is amazing.
