New Haven Assisted Living has such a warm and homey vibe — you can truly feel the care and comfort the moment you walk in. The residents all seemed happy and well taken care of, and the environment felt inviting and peaceful. The administrator, Roxanne, was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and their families. Highly recommend!
I can not give New Haven enough credit for everything they do. My mom has been at this facility for over a year and each and EVERY staff member has become family, I couldn’t ask for my mom to be in better hands! When i did my tour alittle over a year ago I knew from the moment we walked in this was her home, the staff that day greeted us and Roxanne is amazing. I had a tour scheduled for saturday at 10am and when I got there Roxanne was not there so the one of the kitchen staff said one moment let me call Roxanne to see whe she will be here. As she got off the phone she said let me show you a couple rooms while we wait for Roxanne to show up. By 1030 we are done with the tour and I sat in the living room area waiting for Roxanne. Putting a one star is being too nice, do not work here Roxanne Figures thinks less of her caregivers called them “- They (Caregivers) don’t know how to THINK outside the box. - They can’t read, cursive, or tell time. - Said the school system failed me and my parents failed me.
