At one time or another in your life you are likely to have had need for an adult care facility and I have had experience with several and this one is by far the best one I have known in every way, be it in service, cleanliness, tasty food, and a loving environment. I hope that my husband and I, when it is our time, can go here too.

My brother left a review 6 years ago after our mom had been at New Haven for several months. Nothing changed up to her death 6 years later. As a primary care provider, I interact with many foster care, assisted living and group homes. I'm very familiar with the state regulations pertaining to what they can and can't do. New Haven follows those and safety is a priority to them. A friend, trained as an Oregon state senior ombudsman, loved my mother. She visited New Haven and heartily approved. New Haven is a WONDERFUL, warm, friendly adult care home. My mother in law was there for 6.5 years. She was well cared for and loved. The staff are amazing people!

This place breaks DHS rules goes by their own rules and does not care about their clients and will keep their family away is as much as they can for personal reasons. And guardianship reasons they do not care about the family. And what's the best for the interest of their client? It's all about them. And it doesn't matter how they destroy families.Ali, the owner is the worst person.Awful to sit there and lying in court . This place is more than a "Care facility" It's my mama's new loving home. My mama love's it here. And we love her being here! We feel very blessed that we found Ms. Ali and her kind supporting staff. She and her staff make it look so easy to care for all the ladies' living here, caring for all their personal needs, and loving them unconditionally. Your very appreciated Ms.Ali. God Bless!
