I had residential work done. Michael is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. The locks sold in home improvement stores are relatively easy for criminals to bump or pick. (If you don't know what bumping is, Google "lock bumping.") If you want high security locks, NH Safe & Lock is the place to go.
I had a small residential project involving two door locks. Mike not only opened his business on a Saturday afternoon. He also took the time to explain my options for different grades of lock. We are lucky in the town of New Hartford to have a young man open a locksmith business of this caliber. Try getting that type of service @ Lowes or Home depot.
