Poor communication and blames everyone else for his mistakes. Not concerned with wasting clients time. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.
Mike was very unprofessional and wasted weeks of my time. Waited for a part that he never got, then instead of resolving the issue he was rude about it and blamed me for buying “cheap hardware”

Mr. *******, we both know that is not what happened. You ordered a part from us, which I ordered for you. The part took some time to arrive, understandably given the holiday season and shipping/manufacturing delays due to Covid. The part arrived and it was wrong. I immediately contacted my supplier who then contacted the manufacturer directly for answers and confirmation on the part numbers. Mike is top-notch when it comes to customer service. Fair prices for work and the work is done accurately and professionally. Don't waste your time with "the other guy" . I would recommend him to EVERYONE looking for a locksmith.
Mike goes the extra mile everytime I stop down. He handles all my personal keys/ locks and does all of my business work I need done as well always makes time and goes out of his way for people. There isn’t anyone else better than him around.

The young man that owns the shop is very knowledgeable about keys , and all his products he has . He makes you feel very comfortable when he speaks to you . He also has a nice personality and will help you with whatever you need. Lori 😃
