Had a very pleasant experience considering the circumstances. Jessica the triage Ed tech was amazing and super kind. She provided excellent care to my mom and truly showed compassion for her work. One of the best ❤️
What a terrible ER!! I thought Onslow ER was bad, but this one!! 4.5 hrs and still waiting with my wife in pain level 10 of 10.. Maybe Elon needs to come here to clean it up!
I’ve never written a Google review before, but after tonight, I feel like I have to. I took my wife to the ER with severe pain and heavy bleeding. We were checked in and then placed in a hallway, where we waited for an hour and a half without being seen by a single medical professional. I understand that emergency rooms prioritize critical patients, but not once did anyone check on her condition or even acknowledge how she was doing. Currently sitting here for 4.5 hours with my wife and 6 month old, who gets purple blotches all over when he lays on his back, like a respitory or circulation issue. You'd think that was kind of important, well the staff here obviously doesnt. We've seen other babies and countless adults show up hours after us and get taken back, yet we still sit here and wait.
This is the worse hospital. I have been in the hallway for more than 24 hours, the workers are rude with no intentions of helping. As sitting on the bed in the hallway the RN &nd CNA where talking about them having rsv but still coming to work. This place needs new management with new workers. Night shift doesn’t have enough workers who actually care about helping others they just want a check. All you see is woman wearing tight clothes walking back and forth or sitting around talking.
