Doctor need to go back to School he isnt a doctor,didn't give nothing for pain,cost me 25 bucks for nothing whats up with that .

I gave this 2 stars because the doctors are good. The problem is that you can’t see them. I called a week ago to make an appointment. I left a message as the machine told me to do. I have that 2 more times. Still, no call back. I tried everything I could think of to talk to a live person. I went on My Chart on May 30 and saw that my doctor’s next opening was October 2. They can have the best doctors in the world but if you can’t get in to see them, it doesn’t matter.

UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW 7 months later - While I was initially happy with Dr. Poole, she ended up making a terrible error in my care that resulted in me losing 6 months of treatment! She performed multiple tests to determine the cause of my symptoms only to tell me at the end of August 2024 she could not help me, suggested a rheumatologist and said she would see me in a year for my physical. My GFR was 96 in August when she did labs which is just above normal but she failed to look back to my past values!!!!Had she done so she... read more
