Dr. Dickerson was sent from God to me. She has been my physician for over 20 years. She is compassionate, professional and is just an amazing doctor. Her staff goes above and beyond. They’re all wonderful.
Went to get my blood drawn and they were so kind, friendly and I was in and out quickly. Josiah was excellent drawing my blood. I didn’t even feel the needle! He was exceptionally kind and professional.
I had a great experience at Novant Health New Hanover Primary Care in Ogden, especially with the lab team. The phlebotomists were fantastic—professional, gentle, and efficient. I usually get a bit anxious during blood draws, but they made the process quick and comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was kind and attentive. Definitely a place where you feel taken care of.
Spent 5 hours waiting to see the Dr. Fales in an emergency situation. She showed up only once in an emergency situation 4 hours later, spent less than 5 minutes in the room. She never once put a hand on me or examined me other than turning her flash light on. Novant should be ashamed of Dr. Fales. The nurses were kind, but I've only been to an emergency situation once in my life and I'll absolutely never go back to Novant, terrible experience. You’ll go in for a basic annual exam which is covered by insurance and then they’ll try anything they can to give you tests and not tell you that will turn your annual exam into an office visit then charge you out the ass. Shadiest doctors office I’ve ever been to. What you hear about Novant is true. Use someone else.
