I was so happy to finally find someone who cared, listened, and had the intelligence to help me with many chronic conditions. She is a board certified PA. I waited a year and a half to get established within Novant. Unfortunately I was bullied by assistant M. Hicks and told the PA I was seeing had left the location. I don't like giving low ratings to an entire office, but I had a very rude and unprofessional experience with one of the lab techs there. Please pay attention to how your staff is speaking to patients.

Dr. Dickerson was sent from God to me. She has been my physician for over 20 years. She is compassionate, professional and is just an amazing doctor. Her staff goes above and beyond. They’re all wonderful.

Went to get my blood drawn and they were so kind, friendly and I was in and out quickly. Josiah was excellent drawing my blood. I didn’t even feel the needle! He was exceptionally kind and professional.

I had a great experience at Novant Health New Hanover Primary Care in Ogden, especially with the lab team. The phlebotomists were fantastic—professional, gentle, and efficient. I usually get a bit anxious during blood draws, but they made the process quick and comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was kind and attentive. Definitely a place where you feel taken care of.
