I called and made an appointment on a Saturday for my broken washer. I was charged $60 to hold my appointment window of 3-5pm on Monday. I was told a technician would be there and my issue was a simple fix. Monday afternoon I received a call that the technician was out sick and the next availed slot was Wednesday from 3-5pm.
