I can't say enough great things about new Hampton towing. The whole crew is professional honest and very knowledgeable which is very rare these days.
extremely rude! Swearing is unprofessional when running a business. If someone is picking up a vehicle, don’t threaten them that you will keep their vehicle because you don’t like their personality!!
I went to get my car inspected from the guys at New Hampton auto...when I came to pick it up I started driving off the lot and my brakes weren't working. The apparently worked on it and fixed the issues for inspection but cut my brake lines. I had to turn immediately around and drop it back off. Then they made me wait because they already had another car up on the lift that took priority over my issue.
I recently had my vehicle break down and I was stranded on the side of the road needing a tow. I called New Hampton Towing and Recovery. They were on another call at the time, but gave a reasonable estimate of when they could help. The truck arrived very close to the estimated time, and the operator (Charlie?) professionally loaded my vehicle and brought it to my destination. His quality service made for a positive end for what otherwise was not a great day.
