Called looking for guidance on a concern about an issue regarding veterans. Got a call back from a very rude woman named Cynthia who acted hard pressed to hear my concern in its entirety and seemingly did not share my concern. Good luck if you have to deal with her. She lacks warmth, empathy and interpersonal skills. It’s sad when people act so put out to do a job. I finally got fed up and told her just never mind because she clearly wasn’t interested, and hung up.
How do you get hold of a human!!!

Can't get anyone to do anything I'm going back to the attorney that gets 29 percent. It's worth it to pay and be a little significant.
