Very good. explanation of procedure was on point and only took about a half an hour.
Starting with the receptionist/scheduler to the doctor outstanding service. Very kind and caring. Highly recommend this wonderful team.
Treated for the first time yesterday, dr. Pratt was very informative, and I was treated very well, after hearing about the treatment I felt confident that I made the right decision to try it. I am very happy that I did as after one treatment withthe stem wave machine, I already feel a difference, most of my pain is gone, I am very pleased looking forward to getting better with more treatments.
The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in meeting your goals. I have known Dr. Thomas Pratt for 30 years and he is willing to listen and give you different options to accommodate your needs. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking any alternative methods and treatments to surgery as well as post surgery.
