I was given a referral to see Dr. Crow. I called the same day and was told it takes 24-48 hours for a referral to process. I never heard from them so I called back after 3 days. Still no referral per them. They called several days later and realized I was scheduled for the wrong office. They said they would call me back. Never happened. This place, it’s so-called compassionate staff, all are not caring for the patient, just the money. And if by any reason given, your loved one is an addict, you would be so much more merciful , to just shot and put them out there misery, than taking them to this facility. Actually, a visit to the medical ethics board and to the nurses board of NH. should be done, for the sake of other cancer patients.Trust me, go to a better organized office and one where your loved one just might have a chance of survival.
