I have witnessed a spouse receive cancer treatment at this facility. Unfortunately, the one star reviews are accurate especially in reference to an apparent head nurse who seems to draw her inspiration from Nurse Ratched. This is not to take away from all of the individuals employed by the facility. I warned my spouse of the bad reviews before starting treatment but convenience outweighed these warnings. I was given a referral to see Dr. Crow. I called the same day and was told it takes 24-48 hours for a referral to process. I never heard from them so I called back after 3 days. Still no referral per them. They called several days later and realized I was scheduled for the wrong office. They said they would call me back. Never happened.
