The E.R.T of New Hampshire Glass – When my front door broke I was scarred, I'm an elderly women living in a bad area. When I placed the emergency call to New Hampshire Glass I was reasured that glaziers were on their way, and my door would be fixed and secured. Two handsome men responded so quickly, I thought they must have came by plane. The two Glaziers were profesional, polite and did a wonderful job, and I must say easy on the eyes. poor workmanship – Simple pieces cut for desktops, they did not check measurements. I got home and the glass was smaller then the desk. They made them square when the desk is rectangle. Measure twice cut once!!!! Now to get it fixed I have to spend another $30.00 on gas to drop it off.

Very slow and eventually did not accomodate – The order was for 4 large porch screens. Eight weeks plus waiting for a delivery confirmaton. Realized screen material was not the BetterVue clear material. Requested they insert the 20x20 fiberglass screen in the 4 finally completed frames. Agreed to pay for the new material and rescreening labor. Waited another three weeks. Called and gave them another week to complete the order. NH Glass stated they could not make the dead line date. Very Professional Highly Recommend!!! – We have been using New Hampshire Glass for all of our glass needs for many years. They have Installed custom shower encloures in 2 of our homes, each one being quality! They are professional from start to finish! They are all friendly, from the sales staff to their installers! We have also had glass replaced in our cars. Again, a quality job! We highly recommend this company for all your glass needs!!!
