My experience with Dr. Silversmith, Kelly, and his staff has been excellent. He is very professional, thorough, and caring. His staff is pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend Dr. Silversmith and his staff in a heartbeat.
I contacted the office 3X for a prescription refill. Why it takes so long to fax my phaarmacy with the refill order is beyond me. I stated that I was running out with the first phone call, but i guess that wasn't adequate to get the refill order out. My pharmacy attempted to contact the office on Feb. 26th...here it's March 5th and still no ability to order the refill.
The receptionists at Urgent Care where I wanted to ask directions to gastroenterology were very rude. They spent at least two minutes laughing and talking amongst themselves and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. Everyone at NH Gastroenterology was so polite and professional and helpful. I felt really cared for at NH Gastroenterology.
It was my first time there and everyone treated me like an old friend I had a very good experience ! Thank you !
