I had close to a 95% late fee attached to a bill that was two days late. I called. I used the websites messaging system. I called again. No one would get back to me to explain why a 2 day late bill racked up a 72 dollar late fee. Then I get my next bill and it's $0.00. Okay guys thanks that's great but some communication would be nice.
Lost power last night tree took out a power line leading to my house. Started my generator got my internet back up . Sent in a report of an outage. Mind you we live in the middle of nowhere. Power was back on in just over an hour. Just amazing. Other places I have lived it would have been days for the repair
Absolutely The Most Incompetent Company I Have Ever Dealt with. Just lost power on Saturday morning 2/15. Zero wind or precipitation. Not a Cloud in the Sky. Got a notice from Spectrum about a service outage. When I called the Co Op all I got was an automated system. Was told there was no outage in my Area. How did Spectrum know but The Electric Company Didn’t. Finally got a Supervisor who was useless. No updates no information available. I usually get a call 15 hours after the power is back on letting me know the power is b... read more
Shouldn't take this long to remove a few branches from the power lines. Lots of us don't even have running water. Let's go.
