All electric providers get bad reviews, as a 5 year customer with multiple power outages, all restored in a timely manner, I cannot complain.
Amazing service! A tree took down a power line on our driveway and a truck was at our site lickety split. Friendly, professional linemen. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.
If I could rate lower I would. The reviews here say it all. Tons of low reviews, seems like no effort to fix it. If I had other options I would switch.
Unfair practices towards solar aYrray owners. Because they are a co-op, they don't even have to meet the PUC requirements for net metering And then they're broadband service is very expnsive and subsidized by power customers. And we have no choice. They very idea of a co-op being a better deal for its members than a for profit utility has long ago been abandoned by current management
