I know you state everyone is working as hard as they can, but days without power? Come on! Its not just this past storm. This area loses power way too often. Its a very unreliable network. You really need to replace aged transmission lines and start burying them. Placing your lines amongst old trees is nuts! My fear is that people are going to die from carbon monoxide as they get more desperate to find a way to heat their homes. I've been very happy with the co-op. Way better that what Ive dealt with in MA and RI. People forget that electricity is a privelage, and not a right!
Whenever I experience a power outage, the app they have shows jumps in electric usage at random times well past the time that power was restored and the house recouperated. It's clear to me that they're purposefully putting these jumps in there to recoup costs for the power outage. I don't appreciate being stolen from when I did not use this electricity.
