This isn't for the people on the phone, who were nice enough but blindly following company policy and are about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine, this is for the business as a whole. I know you state everyone is working as hard as they can, but days without power? Come on! Its not just this past storm. This area loses power way too often. Its a very unreliable network. You really need to replace aged transmission lines and start burying them. Placing your lines amongst old trees is nuts! My fear is that people are going to die from carbon monoxide as they get more desperate to find a way to heat their homes.
