My instructor, Mike, made this experience very educational and enjoyable at the same time. He tailored his delivery to highlight the points relevant to my working situation where possible. I appreciated his depth of knowledge and trust that I got top notch training.

PALS renewal class was excellent. Instructor was patient, and they had all the resources needed for the class .
This was a great PALS curse. It was very informative, and Doug was great at keeping us engaged with the course material. Easy-going, comfortable environment for the class. New equipment for the hands-on portions. The class stayed on track, we were offered breaks if needed, and were able to keep going to end at a good time. I'll come back for sure!
