Rob was great! He was very patient with all the questions and made sure we understood the answers. Showed us everything we needed to know to save someone's life in an emergency! We couldn't ask for anything more!
Great class!
This was a good experience. Lots of hands-on and class interaction. Big shout out to Mike. He was awesome! My only complaint is which is outside of control of the facility is that I purchased a soda from the vending machine. It was really flat and I noticed that it was well over it's expiration date. But other than that kudos to the facility for allowing a clean and safe environment.
The instructor- Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and created a learning environment involving the learners. Obviously i will go back for recertification in 2 years.
