Heather the service advisor listened to our concern over the phone, set the appt and dealt with our travel plans with grace and empathy. She stayed in contact during the diag and repair, made payment arrangements with previous repair facility and had coach ready for pickup as promised. Connor was able to diag and repair the concern 3 previous visits to other location did not. Finally the fridge appears to be functioning as it should. Thank you. Small dealership, personal attention and big results.

My wife and I visited to check out a small rv. We had the pleasure of meeting Fawn who walked us through a few different travel trailers, explained all the benefits that come with buying one, and helped us with the buying process. The team is helpful and polite, shoutout to Fawn, Tyler, Heather and Conner. The experience as a whole was wonderful, from the quality of customer service to the quality of rv’s and travel trailers. I’d give this business 10 stars if I could.
We were pleasantly surprised as we had never been to a Blue Compass RV before and the sales person Fawn was great she was knowledgeable and had lots of patients. My only reason for giving 4 stars is they do not deliver.
Ray and Haleah did an amazing job showing us every detail of the workings of our new rv and let me tape it so that we will always be able to refer to their instructions. It was so much more helpful than any manual could possibly be.
