They are friendly, knowledgeable and if the sales person did not have the answer to my question, they suggested who could give me the answer. They are not pushy salespeople but seem to be genuinely interested in helping me get what I was looking for in their RVs. They ask questions that are helpful and discuss the differences both positive and negative according to what I was looking for. Both my husband and I are very pleased and excited to do business with them!
I recommend Blue Compass, the staff is phenomenal. Dylan did the walk through with me after my purchase of a new camper, he is very informed with the operations of every component in my camper. Dylan pointed out the manufacturers flaws and assured me they will be repaired before I pick it up.
We placed our Class B with Blue Compass/Epsom for sale, and it sold very promptly at a very good price. Thanks to the sales department! However we had a problem producing a clear title for the buyer... Our fault... Sandi Foster at Blue Compass provided persistent support in helping us get the problem resolved with the out-of-state dealer from whom we had purchased the unit originally.
