Short term care only and even then they make you feel like you're a waste of their time. Then they give you a list of care providers in the area who can actually do the necessary job... but of course none of them are in the University Health Care's coverage plan.
While they were receptive to providing short term care, they made clear they don't focus on long term mental health care. Yet, for some reason, I had to sit through an extended conversation of why I might not want to review my own medical records in order to obtain a copy of these records.
Some of the People are great. The man I work with is really good and helpful. However, the director of PACS was extremely rude and hung up on me when I called trying to get help. I do not think that this is appropriate behavior from the director of PACS and could have negative impact on those who rely on PACS.
