Very disappointing experience. I scheduled a free 15-minute phone consultation and set aside time specifically to be available for the call, but no one ever called. Unfortunately, this is now the second time this has happened to me. After the first missed appointment, I contacted the office and made sure my correct phone number was on file, so I expected the issue to be resolved. Call all you want, but no one ever answers the Lawyer Referral Service line. Doesn't matter the day or time. No one answers. I can't believe the lack of support for those seeking help. It also seems like they have begun leaning heavily on AI without understanding how to use it to support the public or their business operations. Their members should also be appalled these practices are keeping them from obtaining clients.
