Call all you want, but no one ever answers the Lawyer Referral Service line. Doesn't matter the day or time. No one answers. I can't believe the lack of support for those seeking help. It also seems like they have begun leaning heavily on AI without understanding how to use it to support the public or their business operations. Their members should also be appalled these practices are keeping them from obtaining clients.
I was referred by someone in my State to try contacting the NH Bar Referral service, as my State specifically doesn’t have anyone who can cover my case. Now with 30 days left to get an attorney before the stature of limitations runs out… I was told in a RUDE way that I was SOL and that they cannot allow PAYING individuals from their sister States to be referred an attorney. Website extremely difficult to navigate. Keeps instructing to reload, repeatedly. Unable to log in as member. This is typical. I would rate no stars but the only way to leave a comment is to give a star. No improvement 10 months later. Much time and effort expended to post CLE credits via my portal. Finally emailed tech support. Being a weekend I persisted and FINALLY got system to respond.
