When it was our time to say goodbye to our little Lexi, Dr. Emma ( Vet ) and Alysha ( RVT ) were nothing but fantastic, giving us the time we needed with the utmost professionalism . We'd like to thank all the staff at New Hamburg Vet; you have all been great.
Was not impressed on the way they handled my father’s cat did everything backwards charge my father almost $900 and then ended up putting the cat down anyways because they did some other test at the end, it blows my mind how much they charge senior citizens, and yet they want them to have animals because it keeps them going at what cost they’re on fixed incomes.
