I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and Dr. Kyla. When I was away in Mexico back in May, Dr. Kyla went above and beyond to assist my mom in giving my then 12 year old dog the best care, calling and checking in repeatedly and really putting my mom at ease during the whole process. Fast forward to this week where Dr. Kyla again, expedited a surgery we thought we had a bit more time to play with for my now 13.5 year old dog, got us in so quickly and made us feel like we were in the best hands the whole process. We had a great experience at New Hamburg Vet Clinic with our dog! The staff were welcoming, professional, and clearly cared about our dog's comfort! Taryn, Jenna, and Dr Solenn all took the time to explain everything and answer our questions, which we really appreciated! The clinic was clean and well-organized, and we felt confident our dog was in good hands! Highly recommend!
