Wonderful space right in Lake Linganore! Our girl scout troop rented a room in this gym for a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon for a troop meeting. The space was perfect for our needs, the owners were very easy to work with and you can't beat the location. Lots of natural light and plenty of space for the girls to spread out. Our troop will definitely be keeping this space in mind if we need another indoor meeting location. Thank you!
Just joined! I've only been 3 times so far, but taken the strength training and yoga class. It's beautiful!
Anna really cares about her clients and their health, rather than focusing on numbers and fitting into a “perfect mold.” Anna is also dedicated and passionate about what she does. Best of all, you feel like the gym is for everyone and not just people who work out all the time.
I love this gym. It’s not a huge place with tons of people, and I love that private feel. It’s also in a beautiful area. Anna is fantastic to work with. Super knowledgeable, adjusting the exercises you need based on feedback, and just a nice person to be around and know. I’m so glad I found her gym.
