Literally hands down best experience with a pharmacy. So my script was sent to CVS, and I had to call repeatedly to find out it was not covered. Disappointed and sad (cause out of pocket it was $625) I assumed I wouldn't get the meds. HOWEVER!!! After calling my doc office saying it wasn't covered, my Dr. then contacted this pharmacy to attempt again. Hina is AMAZING. New Grace Pharmacy is the best. Very professional and efficient. They follow up thoroughly on the customer's needs and concerns. Specifically, the employee, Lauren, is outstanding. She is extremely helpful and diligent. She follows through timely, keeps the customer informed and is compassionate in her efforts. I can't say enough about Lauren and New Grace Pharmacy Thank you!
Can’t recommend enough! I was genuinely shocked by how friendly, efficient, and hardworking the staff at this pharmacy are. So different from any pharmacy experience I had have before. Lauren was a great help, very communicative, and got me the best result.
This is a first!!! A pharmacy that cares and does all the heavy lifting for customers. When CVS quoted new scripts for $420 out of pocket with insurance I had to walk away. The druggists sent the script back to doctor who sent it to New Grace. By 10:30 the next day, they had called Cigna who approved covering the meds. The price was $75!!! That’s down from $420 plus free delivery!! What a savings!! The staff at New Grace must have called me four times to let me know the status of my delivery.
