Today , Sunday , I had an appointment with Dr Shibani , who is very good doctor. I am his regular patient. My appointment was at 12.40 pm on Sunday / 7th September, but when I checked in around 12.37 pm , the front lady told me I’m late 10 mins , according to her , it was 12.30 pm , but when I booked , they told me 12.40 pm . I was waiting for long time there . I was in severe pain .The receptionist/ secretary whatever, white lady / blonde hair , she was so rude , so disrespectful, doesn’t know any manner , very arrogant. Poor management, I am a patient not a walk in and I can't even get anyone on the phone to make an appointment. When I try to use the online way of doing it I just told to call... Been on and off hold (because they direct you to a machine after a while) for an hour...if you can't handle the number of patients or walk ins then stop taking more
Awful terrible dont go here dont waste your time , good luck making an appointment eith the receptionists they are useless and should all be fired , they chit chat and gossip behind the counter all day 4 of them jus6 to put your call on hold for 15-20 mins until it times out and you call again with the same system , recently they've changed their phone lines so patients cannot access the clinic through the phone lines which has left me and so many other patients with no access to medical treatments even after having to haras... read more
