I didn’t have a very pleasant experience with them. They also service Complete Home: Furniture + Appliances, who provided me with a very painful service and not the best furniture ex. Misaligned handles on drawers. Their customer service representative had cut the call on me instead of listening to my concerns and resolving it. I didn’t have the best customer service experience with them at all. Please buy from elsewhere.
Terrible store. They have such a high price. We thought it would be very high quality. We thought the guy would take off the leather from our seats, clean it, fix the chair, then add a new colour that looks like it was made like that. BUT NO, we got a colour just stapled on. You can see visible staple marks. All he did was just that. Did even bother doing anything else. The thing the guy used was very cheap quality on ALL of our 6 chairs. Even a 12 year old would have done better. NEVER BUY HERE TERRIBLE QUALITY AND PRICE.
Low price, but unacceptable poor quality and design. We ordered furniture manufactured by them, but purchased from Scarborough furniture stores. First delivery, one of the items had drawers that were not opening smoothly. It was redelivered and this time it was good, but paint on the edges of doors was poorly done. All the drawer railings were stapled into the particle board panels instead of screws. Extremely Pathetic place. Owner doesn't have the etiquette to talk. Doesn't like to believe their product can have faults. When i pointed out that issue with my returned furniture which is not solved, he asked me to leave the premise. God only knows how such businesses survive
Excellent customer service and furniture, recommend everyone to buy good quality furniture from there.
