This is an awesome German car repair and performance shop! I have visited several times for service. Most recent, a friend purchased an older Audi TT convertible with a solid body, but with some neglected and unknown maintenance history. We paid for a tech to go over the car and the money was so worth it! They imaged all the maintenance needs and reviewed online maintenance records to make sure we had a complete record of the car. I recently brought my high-mileage 2012 Audi A6 into New German Performance for a Check Engine Light (CEL) with faulty O2 sensors codes and rough idling issue. They performed a very thorough diagnosis and quickly identified the root cause as a faulty PCV valve. What impressed me most was the technician’s attention to detail. Poor Communication and Dismissive Service I wouldn’t recommend ordering from New German Performance if you expect actual customer service or help with a purchase. I placed an order for a set of APR A02 Flow Formed wheels because their site (and search listings) indicated they were available. After being told they were on backorder until June, I explained that I was in a time crunch due to seasonal tire changes.
