Poor Communication and Dismissive Service I wouldn’t recommend ordering from New German Performance if you expect actual customer service or help with a purchase. I placed an order for a set of APR A02 Flow Formed wheels because their site (and search listings) indicated they were available. After being told they were on backorder until June, I explained that I was in a time crunch due to seasonal tire changes. Great service! In and out real quick for getting a Fluidampr installed on my MK7 Golf. Less worries about crank walk and other things with this in there and the service was extremely professional. Even though this shop is a little out of the ways, would definitely go here again for future service that I don't want to or trust myself with DIY.
Came in to get a 034 motorsport intake installed on my audi s4. Sat there for 2 hours for them to come back and tell me the bottom bolt seized. Then tried to charge me an extra 300 dollars to perform an extraction. When I declined they still charged me 160 bucks for “labor” after they destroyed the bolt and offered no compensation. Very unprofessional.
This is a "new" review. The old review was already awesome but "what the hell!" Might as well give another one. I'm finally back in Maryland. Sold the house in New Jersey and got the hell out! Needed a new sunroof frame so the guys took a frame(and glass) from another MKIII and dropped it in my MKIII Jetta. Also fixed my turn signals. My shifter linkage was worn out so I bought a shift linkage rebuild kit and had them install it. It shifts like a new again. I CANNOT emphasize how good(great!) NGP is!!
