Staff was excellent - friendly, helpful, competent and efficient.
I have been driving GTIs since 2003; they took great care of my 2003 MK4 VR6, and when I had to get my 2011 MK6 timing chain rebuilt and transmission replaced at the same time......they saved the day again. Great staff, they stick to the estimate and explain everything in detail. Every issue they found on my care was 100% accurate, and they do not try to bullshit you and add stuff to make money. Just purchased a “new to me” 2022 Audi S5. I took it to NGP for a post purchase inspection. They provided excellent feed back about the car and its need for some important servicing. NGP is amazing. Not only are they friendly and professional but they are proficient. Every time I take my car here I’m pleasantly surprised. Also they are fair and not always trying to upsell you on some magic product to install in your car.
I’ve only ordered oil/maintenance parts from NGP but every order was followed up with fantastic customer service and recommendations. I’ve also recommended them to friends who have had similar experiences. Will be a lifetime customer!
