I’ve been going to Nova Yoga for about 2 months now and have tried most of the classes they offer and I can truly say that I have thoroughly enjoyed all the classes I’ve taken. Tyler is an amazing instructor, very welcoming, and makes sure to assist with form where it’s needed. My favorite class has been the calisthenics and mobility class with Tyler. Nova Yoga is a very special and unique place. This is all because of Tyler. He has created a sanctuary that is a yoga studio, a gym, and a boxing and personal training experience that has truly made a difference in my life. Love the studio especially now that they have expanded their space and have a variety of times and classes! Definitely worth checking out if you’re near the base Columbus / Burlington area!!
