AMAZING!! Tyler has physically and emotionally changed my life. He has worked with me for five months now, and I’ve never felt better. By far the best trainer ever. I look forward to being there every week, and feel it when I’m not there. My strength and balance are so much better since going to Nova Yoga.
Tyler is amazing! I went to Nova yoga today, I have only done yoga a few times. I did an individual session with Tyler and he was so kind, encouraging, patient, and knowledgeable. I would recommend 10 out of 10! I will definitely be back for classes
