Fix your hours or don’t advertise walk in’s if the doors gonna be locked middle of the day. Was there 2pm, google says you close 6 and accept walk in’s.
If you are even 5 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, they will treat you like a walk in and boot you to the end of the waiting line. Have these barbers ever heard of a grace period? It’d be understandable if it was 20-30 minutes late, but 5 minutes? That’s ridiculous.
My son’s haircut came out great & he didn’t have to wait at all !
This was my 4 year old nephew's first time at a barber shop. Luis did an amazing job! He was so patient with my nephew and really took his time to make sure his fade looked blended and sharp. We will absolutely be returning customers.
