Dr. Gordon is so very patient and kind.
I never leave reviews but genuinely I don’t know what to do. I came in today for a small concern and left feeling uncomfortable and sad. Not only is the wait time extensive but she is pushy and unprofessional. She threw a slew of medical concerns at me with no testing or confirmation and I left feeling scared and worried.
Love Dr. Gordon, she’s great.. but the long wait times for scheduled appointments, is ludicrous. Walk-ins shouldn’t interfere with scheduled appointments & it shouldn’t be a 2-3 hour wait from one waiting area to the next before seeing Dr. Gordon for less than 30 minutes. Proper time management is desperately needed.
This place is extremely disorganized and incompetent. The front desk staff and reception are absolutely horrendous. Called over 10 times to try to get results from an ultrasound exam that was done over 2 weeks ago and each time they promise they will call and they never do. Literally sick and tired of repeating myself to people who clearing don’t care. They promised to call with the results but are refusing to actually do so. They can’t even help me gain access to the portal.
