I will never walk or recommend anyone to this office, much like the other reviews the wait times are ridiculous. For the past 3 year Dr Gordon was trying to convince me that the only medical option I had was to have a hysterectomy due to my fibroids and other medical issues.I pushed back and wanted to exhaust all options. I went thru years of pills prescriptions, feelings of hopelessness and not being heard by Dr.Gordon, who at times has an unprofessional bedside manner. The wait times are extremely long, even when calling by phone. While the staff is doing their best, it seems the business is understaffed. The owner should consider hiring more employees to improve customer service and reduce wait times. I don’t believe the staff alone should be blamed for the delays.
Dr. Gordon is so very patient and kind.
I never leave reviews but genuinely I don’t know what to do. I came in today for a small concern and left feeling uncomfortable and sad. Not only is the wait time extensive but she is pushy and unprofessional. She threw a slew of medical concerns at me with no testing or confirmation and I left feeling scared and worried.
